Thank you for the wonderful resume/interviewing workshop. Before the workshop, I felt discouraged and inadequate, and I must confess that I almost didn't show up at all, thinking it was probably hopeless for me.  For a very long time I've been submitting applications and sending out resumes and receiving absolutely no response, which has been seriously eroding my confidence.

Through your presentation and handouts, I realized that I've been using an out-dated playbook, and that there are concrete and accessible steps I can take to update my efforts. Since then I've been working on my resume, going through the questions, and formulating a strategy for success. (I've even been working on the handshake! ;-) ) For the first time in a long time, I feel inspired and hopeful about jump-starting my work life.
